
Dr. Kenneth A. MacDougall -

Kenneth is presently the Water Sector Manager at EnviroCentre. He gained his first degree
in Civil Engineering, followed by a Ph.D. in Water Engineering and Environmental Management,
both at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. With over six years experience in both
research and consultancy, Kenneth has been involved in a wide range of water related and
fisheries projects in Scotland, England, Ireland, Hong Kong and Russia.
Recent fisheries projects have included the EU Tacis Tuloma River Project,
examining the feasibility of reintroducing Atlantic Salmon to a river in Russia past two
hydro-electric dams, and providing environmental support to various fisheries interests
in Scotland.
Patricia Sheffield
Tricia is presently an environmental scientist with EnviroCentre. She studied Physics
with Environmental Science at UMIST, Manchester, followed by a Masters in Water Resources
Systems Engineering at the University of Newcastle. Tricia has been involved in a range
of water related projects throughout the UK. Recent project experience includes environmental
and hydrological impact assessments, and the development of a software package for the
environmental management of landfill sites.
